Terms & Conditions
By booking with It’s My Party, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings & Payments:
•All bookings are subject to availability.
•A booking is confirmed once payment (or deposit, if applicable) has been received.
•Full payment is required prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
•Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability.
•Short-notice cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment, as performers and resources are allocated in advance.
•If It’s My Party needs to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a reschedule or refund.
Supervision & Safety:
•Children remain the responsibility of a parent, guardian, or supervising adult at all times.
•Our entertainers encourage participation but do not provide childcare or supervision.
•We reserve the right to pause or modify activities if safety becomes a concern.
Travel & Location:
Travel within 15 km of Glenroy, VIC is included.
Bookings outside this area may incur a travel fee, calculated based on distance and confirmed at the time of booking.
Travel fees cover return travel time and associated costs.
Face Painting & Products:
•We use professional, high-quality face paints suitable for children’s skin.
•It is the responsibility of the booking adult to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to the event.
•We cannot be held responsible for reactions where allergies or sensitivities have not been disclosed.
Event Conditions:
•Adequate space, lighting, and safe conditions must be provided for our entertainers to perform their services.
•Outdoor bookings are subject to weather conditions. In cases of extreme weather, activities may be modified or rescheduled where possible.
Photography & Social Media:
•With permission, photos or short videos taken during events may be used for promotional purposes on our website or social media.
•If you do not wish for images to be shared, please let us know prior to your event.
General:
•It’s My Party reserves the right to refuse or end services if behaviour from children or adults is unsafe or inappropriate.
•These terms may be updated from time to time.
Pop-Ups & Public Events:
•For pop-up events, public sessions, or group bookings held in shared spaces, participation is on a first-come or ticketed basis, as outlined for each event.
•Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising their children at all times during public or pop-up events.
•Activities may be adapted based on space, group size, time constraints, or venue requirements.
•Due to the nature of public events, we are unable to guarantee individual time with entertainers or specific activities unless stated in advance.
•It’s My Party is not responsible for lost items or incidents occurring outside of our designated activity area.
Photos or short videos taken during events or public sessions may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
