What you need to know...
Due to Melbourne's unpredictable weather, parties must offer an undercover option in the case of hot or wet weather.
We service the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne and surrounding. We are based out of Glenroy. Locations more than 20km from Glenroy will incur a travel fee.

Terms & Condidions
By booking with It's My Party Melbourne, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
Payment:
Your booking will be secured once we receive a deposit. Full payment is required before the event. We will send you an email with payment details to settle the fee prior to the event date.
Cancellation & refund:
If you need to cancel your event for any reason, cancellation must be made at least 14 days before the event to receive a full refund. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellations are made within 14 days of the event date.
Rescheduling:
Subject to availability, we will do our best to accomodate requests to reschedule your event.
Liability:
It's My Party Melbourne is not to be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury that may occur during an event.
Entertainer safety:
If at any time during the event the entertainer/s feel that they are unsafe, or in danger, they have the right to terminate a function at any time with no refund given.
Client responsibility:
The wellbeing, safety and behaviour of the children and guests at the event is the responsibility of the person/s hosting the event. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
Socials:
If you give permission for photos to be taken at the event by our staff, you are agreeing that the photos may be used on our social media accounts.
